7 cloves of garlic – Minced
Fresh Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 Oz. Butter
Fresh Chopped parsley
Pat your skirt steak dry, and then sprinkle it with Salt and pepper. Heat your skillet with oil (Very hot) And seer your steaks. After seering for 2-3 minutes, pull the steaks out of the pan and let them rest. You’ll be making the garlic butter next.
Next, melt the butter in a medium sauce pan, and mix in the minced garlic with a pinch of salt. Let the butter start to cook to a light golden color and turn off the heat.
Slice the steak, and serve. Spoon the garlic butter over the sliced steak and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Once you’re done, you’ve got yourself some incredibly tasty, yet simple Brazilian steak!

Cajun seasoning is usually a little spicy, but has a ton of different flavors going on. This recipe is for those who would like to try some cajun flavors without too much heat! The Brown Sugar is optional, and will help to tame the heat just a little bit.
- 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of freshly cracked pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
Rub your Rib-Eye down about 5 minutes before putting it onto the Grill. Cook the steak until Medium rare, and enjoy! If you’re worried about too much heat, make sure you eat your steak with a glass of milk! You should not need any sort of sauce on this steak.
